The laws of the organization must be considered by every manager, aspiring to increase the effectiveness of the organization. As it is widely known, the General laws of organization are: composition, proportionality, smallest act, ontogenesis, synergy, order, analysis and synthesis, self-preservation. In 1897, a gold-bearing area was discovered in northwestern Canada, in the basin of the Klondike River. The chain of events that followed this discovery was called the “gold rush” and this period continued until 1963. This state of affairs was characterized by the rapid growth of gold mining joint adventures, construction of roads and other enterprises. What organizational law is manifested in this situation?
