Nowadays, increasing the efficiency of production can be achieved mainly through the development of innovative processes, which are new technologies, new types of competitive products. According to their nature, innovations include not only technical or technological developments, but also any changes for the better in all areas of scientific and industrial activity. The constant updating of equipment and technologies makes the innovation process the main condition for the production of competitive products, gaining and maintaining the position of enterprises in the market and increasing productivity, as well as the efficiency of the enterprise. Organizational, managerial, legal, social, and environmental innovations are classified as non-technological innovations. Do you consider managerial innovations to be the most important factor in increasing production efficiency? What are the requirements for the innovation?

They implement the largest inventions and become the basis for revolutionary technologies, the formation of its new directions, qualitative changes in the technological system, and the creation of new industries. In order to improve the efficiency of the enterprise, innovation should provide: the most complete and timely satisfaction of needs; the competitiveness of the enterprise in terms of product quality and production efficiency; efficiency in a wide range of technical innovations.
• Both technical and managerial innovations are important as they arise on the basis of inventions, scientific recommendations, on account of which there is a change in generations of technology, which, in its turn, demand the new ways of management. Created as a result of predominantly applied research and development, new equipment and methods have higher technical and economic efficiency to meet the needs of society. In order to improve the efficiency of the enterprise, innovation should provide: the most complete and timely satisfaction of needs; the competitiveness of the enterprise in terms of product quality and production efficiency; efficiency in a wide range of radical and evolutionary innovations.
• Managerial innovations are the most important as they arise on the basis of new trends in social development, they consider cultural, social and religious values of the society. Managerial innovations are based on the values of equality, tolerance and difference. Only fair division of duties and positions, the innovative attitude of management to the employees can increase the efficiency of production and meet the needs of society. In order to improve the efficiency of the enterprise, innovation should provide: the most complete and timely satisfaction of needs; the competitiveness of the enterprise in terms of production efficiency; efficiency in a wide range of managerial innovations.
